Our Beginnings

Established on the year 2006, the Waste Custodian Management, through its proponent, Mr. Ramon C. Angelo, Jr., had a simple yet noble vision: to provide the most modern and state of the art waste disposal solutions and to properly address the need for a suitable and eco friendly facility to cater the different types of waste disposal programs of Local Government Units (LGUs) and private entities.

With its simple and humble beginnings, the company has now evolved into a formidable corporation as WACUMAN, Incorporated, and is considered to be as a major key player promoting environment-friendly waste disposal solutions in compliance with the standards set by by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), relative to the problems of waste disposal we continue to face everyday.



Our Facility

Situated in the mountainous region of Norzagaray, Bulacan in our Category 4. 18-hectare sanitary landfill that boasts of the most modern facility in proper waste handling and management. With the advent of new and modern ways of waste handling and disposal, we strive to keep at par with the most developed sanitary landfill facilities in South East Asia and other parts of the world.

Pursuant to the guidelines and provisions of the Philippine Republic Acts 9003 and 6969, Wacuman has strove hard to construct and develop a “World Class” sanitary landfill facility through means of effective research and a realistic approach – made possible by the company’s reliable team of geological experts from the University of the Philippines in Los Banos, Laguna.

With its “inverted pyramid” system, the facility is considered the most suitable and effective place for the final disposal of almost all types ofwastes. Many consultants, experts, engineers here and from abroad have attested to this perspective, proving indeed that the WACUMAN sanitary landfill facility is unique in design, construction and purpose/ truly, others have labeled it as, “a waste memorial park “.
